
Digital and Insights Manager

The Digital Solutions & Insights Manager leads the delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital products, data platforms, analytics, and system integrations. This role partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to drive business transformation, improve data quality, and enable data-driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day team operations, backlog, and project delivery
Lead non-ERP application lifecycle management and system integrations (including EDI)
Oversee data engineering, BI/reporting, and analytics to ensure high-quality, reliable data
Develop and manage the digital and data product roadmap aligned to business strategy
Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and drive measurable results
Promote data standardization, governance, and a “single source of truth”
Lead change management, user adoption, and performance tracking (KPIs)
Build and develop a cross-functional team across applications, data, and analytics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3–5 years of experience with cloud data platforms, EDI, and enterprise integrations
Experience delivering digital products, analytics, or data solutions
Strong knowledge of data architecture, BI tools, and integration technologies
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred
Applications Management experience is a must!
