Warehouse Administrator
This role is for our Greenwood, IN warehouse. HOWEVER, you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for training.
Shift Information 1st Shift 6AM-230PM
Overtime may be required for shift coverage or operational needs
Key Responsibilities
Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations
Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials
Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams
Monitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issues
Scan "checked out" paperwork and file documentation appropriately

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Experience
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, shipping systems, and general office software
Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment

Accrue up to five days PTO in first year
Two weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary
