What You'll Be Doing
Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
Review, code, and reconcile invoices while resolving discrepancies
Manage and audit employee expense reports in accordance with company policies
Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis (formulas, reconciliations, and data review)
Maintain accurate vendor records and support payment runs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient AP operations
Assist with month-end close and general accounting support as needed
What We're Looking For
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong Excel proficiency required
Hands-on experience with expense reporting systems
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
