The Production Budgeting and Management Department at NFL Films is seeking a Full Time Senior Coordinator, Production Budgeting and Management. The senior coordinator will assist Project Managers in the wrapping and actualizing of their projects and handle other admin functions as needed. Oversight of the budgeting platform and organizing of all wrap binder elements will be a key part of this job. Additionally, the candidate will manage multi-million dollar internal projects and report throughout the cycle of those projects.
Responsibilities
Work on smaller projects and communicate to all relevant departments in regards-to budgeting, production, post-production.
Review, Code, Authorize and submit to accounting all Invoices, Timecards and Expenses applicable to the senior coordinator’s projects, and handle for some larger internal projects.
Manage assigned projects through to final billing
Keep detailed records of assigned projects
Manage budgeting platform and update PM manual with changes in processes
Assist Project Managers with staying current with actualizing
Process paperwork and assist in the creation of a digital wrap binder
Be a resource to Project Managers on a day-to-day basis for any help required
Make sure paperwork and reports are filed and or disseminated to the appropriate PMs
Required Qualifications
College Degree-BA or BS in a Media related or business/accounting program
3-4 years professional office experience
Extremely proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and Teams
Must have exceptional organizational, communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Experience with budgeting, planning/scheduling and managing of projects
A strong ability to multi-task and detail oriented
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of Production and Post-Production experience

The candidate should be a self-starter with strong communication skills. The candidate should also be able to keep all relevant parties informed on the status of their project or tasks daily. The Senior Project Coordinator will need to demonstrate extremely strong organizational skills and maintain meticulous records of all their projects and assist the Project Managers with their records. The ability to multi-task and take direction is key to the success of this role.
