Job Title:

Client Services Manager (Recruiter)

Location:

Tampa, 33607 - WFH Flexible. Onsite required M, W, F and/or as needed to collect IDs, conduct drug screenings, etc.

Schedule:

M-F, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM work hours required. Must be able to flex after-hours for client needs.

Pay:

Depending upon experience. $80,000+ on target earnings, no commission cap.

The Client Services Manager sources, recruits, screens, connects and manages exceptional temporary employees/contractors for our clients. The Client Services Manager directly impacts our client’s success (and ours) by providing exceptional candidates for our client’s job openings.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates daily through a variety of channels, including our internal candidate database.

Recruit and engage with prospective candidates through a two-step interview process, beginning with a candidate-focused phone screen to understand their goals, followed by a virtual interview to pitch and discuss client opportunities that are a strong fit.

Work directly with our client’s hiring managers to fulfill their recruiting requirements by connecting them to exceptional candidates.

Manage a staff of temporary/contract employees which includes negotiating job offers, onboarding new hires, coaching, disciplining and termination.

Proactively market potential candidates to our clients for consideration.

Responsible for meeting key metrics to build a solid candidate pool within a specific niche area.

What types of roles do we work on? Large call center classes, administrative roles, leadership roles, human resources roles, and more!

What does success look like?

Manage a high-volume workload of ~30 open roles at a time.

Conduct a target of 20+ interviews weekly with qualified candidates.

Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Proactively build talent pipelines through networking and diverse sourcing strategies (not a “post and pray” approach).

As a boutique agency, focus on quality over quantity—delivering highly qualified candidates rather than volume.
