
Child And Family Therapist

Directions Counseling & Coaching (DCC) is seeking a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Social Worker (LISW) with specialized experience working with families, children, adolescents, and high-conflict family systems to join our team in our beautiful Powell office.

Qualifications:
Active licensure through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist (CSWMFT) Board (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience (Preferred)
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field (Required)
Alignment with the mission, values, and philosophy of Directions Counseling & Coaching
Familiarity and comfort with high-conflict family counseling
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and general comfort with technology (Required)
Preferred Experience & Credentials (Not Required):
Experience working with young children (as young as age 3)
Collaboration with Guardian ad Litems (GALs)
Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) training
Experience with substance use counseling
