Clients are provided with the medical and emotional support that they need during one of the most pivotal stages in the recovery process. Services include nursing support, individual case management, group treatment sessions, aftercare planning, and more. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who seeks to make a critical impact in the lives of those who are struggling with addiction.**Job Description:****Responsibilities:*** Records and reports all observed symptoms, reactions to treatments and changes in patients' safety status* Collaborates with team in providing health information and maintains clients’ medical records* Responds to patient care needs/issues and assists patients with activities of daily living, promoting a positive therapeutic environment* Assists with the admitting, discharge and transfer process* Participates in treatment team meetings & assists with development of care plans* Administers medications to patients and educates Recovery Specialists on proper medication dispensing guidelines* Other duties as assigned**Qualifications:*** Valid and current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse* Current certification in CPR* Experience with addiction treatment services preferred, but not required**Schedule:**Per Diem willingness to work all shifts including days, evenings and nights on an as-needed basis. Requirement of 2 shifts per month.**Pay Range:**$38.76 - $52.17The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
