Machine Operator
We’re hiring a Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team producing seating and related components. What You’ll Be Doing
Operate and monitor production machines to keep operations running smoothly
Set up machines, make basic adjustments, and perform routine inspections
Produce high‑quality parts by following work instructions and quality standards
Read tape measures and blueprints to ensure accurate production
Work with sheet metal and other manufacturing materials
Maintain a clean, safe work area
Support daily production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
At least
2 years of machine operating experience
(manufacturing or production environment)
Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
Comfortable working with sheet metal and production machinery
Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience with punch presses or similar equipment
Additional production or general labor experience
