Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer position based in Johns Creek, GA. The Loan Officer will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their financial needs, helping them identify suitable loan products, and guiding them through the loan application process. Additional responsibilities include evaluating financial documentation, collaborating with underwriting teams, and delivering stellar customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Expertise in Loan Origination and comprehensive understanding of Loan Officer responsibilities
Strong grasp of Finance and expertise in Underwriting practices
Excellent Customer Service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
High attention to detail and analytical skills for assessing financial information
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to guide clients and collaborate with team members
Licensing as required per industry regulations under the NMLS
Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is required 3+ years
