Job Description
We are seeking Welders/Fabricators in Nova, Ohio.
Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG, TIG, metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals.
Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
Blueprint reading and knowledge of common welding symbols.
Setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, brakes, and shears.
Regular use of a variety of both hand‑held and motorized tools and machinery is required.
Standing for extended periods of time is common.
Lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
Conforming with both Shop and State safety regulations.
High school diploma or GED.
Specialized certification.
Starting Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
Monday – Thursday: 1st shift 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
Friday: 6 am – Noon
