Join us as an Executive Assistant supporting our Private Equity team. The Infrastructure Private Equity team is a newly established and rapidly growing platform within Macquarie Asset Management, investing in mid-market infrastructure services businesses across North America and Europe. Our team is spread across New York and London, with you supporting senior leaders in the New York office. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business activities while demonstrating strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of executives, managing complex calendars by scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and coordinating meeting rooms and catering. Responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements through Concur—including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, itineraries, and roadshow planning—as well as processing expenses, purchase orders, and invoices using Coupa and Concur. You will also prepare meetings by organizing, printing, and binding materials, manage document logistics, assist with department-wide administrative needs, coordinate team events and ad hoc projects, and collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and key stakeholders to ensure seamless team operations.
Salary range for this position: $115,000 - $130,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What You Offer
