Our Macquarie Asset Management Private Credit team invests in infrastructure debt and other private credit assets for institutional clients. In this role, you join a global, high-performing team that combines deep sector experience with a flexible approach to investment.

What role will you play?
As an Associate within our New York Private Credit team, you will be contributing to the continued growth of the Private Credit platform in respect of debt investments across a broad range of infrastructure sectors. You will be primarily involved with the origination, assessment and execution of new investment opportunities across the risk spectrum. You will also support the management of existing portfolio assets. Your work helps shape investment decisions and will materially contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the platform.
Salary range for this position:
$160,000 – 200,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer
You will be highly numerate and possess strong technical skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach that supports high quality investment outcomes.
Experience in project finance, infrastructure lending, or a similar credit focused role
Strong financial modeling skills, including building models and running sensitivities and experience with credit diligence and analysis, including writing investment papers and presentations
Understanding of commercial contracts, financial statements, and loan documentation
A completed university degree with strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
