Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Be part of an exciting team driven by excellence! Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot simple and complex issues with commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, packaged units.
Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they escalateth.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and solutions clearly.
Ensure work quality and assist in the training of less experienced technicians.
Manage van inventory stock.
Strong knowledge and adherence of build codes and job safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with expertise in boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration systems.
Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment and complex issues.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
EPA Certification required.

Pay
$35+ based on experience
Schedule
8‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday
On‑call availability as needed
Expected hours: 40+ per week
Supplemental Pay

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
Commercial HVAC: 2+ years (preferred)
License/Certification
Valid Driver’s License (required)
EPA Certification (required)
