Job Description
The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of office tasks to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing office communications, assisting with accounts payable, and new hire orientation facilitator.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answer phones, greet guests, keep the office organized and tidy, receive shipments.
Receive mail and disseminate accordingly.
Maintain vehicle inspection reminders and registrations.
Maintain filing.
Maintain office supplies, uniforms, etc. and make orders.
Apply for Right of Way Permits
New hire orientation facilitator
Assist with accounts payable; matching invoices with purchase orders and preparing for AP entry. Preparing checks to be signed and mailed.
Reconcile credit accounts monthly, including expense reports and fuel receipts.
Assist in coordination of beginning and end of season luncheons, and office Christmas party.
Year-end file transitions and new file acquisitions
Assist in all directions of Director and Project Manager
