Reservation Agent
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to manage customer reservations and inquiries at The Tree Farm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
Complete check ins and check outs
Answer inquiries of room rates, outlets, area location, room type and availability
Accommodate room changes expediently
Making sure all of a group's reservations are properly input and the billing for each is set up correctly
Follow up with Accounting on any billing problems after the group has departed
Report any negative and/or positive requests or comments from members and guests to the manager
Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests' needs
Assist guests with billing inquiries, reservation modifications, and cancellations.
Support the team in achieving revenue goals through efficient booking and upselling
Ability to operate office equipment and industry specific software (ADP, Jonas Chorum PMS, etc.)
Work closely with and maintain communication with the Membership Services, Food & Beverage Department, and Cabins Teams to provide our guests with an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
Maintain a clean and neat work area.
Maintains consistent branding across all member-facing communications, ensuring visual and messaging alignment with The Tree Farm standards.
Practices, upholds, and promotes the core values, policies and procedures, and standards of The Tree Farm
Participating in team meetings with the Night Auditor to discuss operational improvements and guest feedback.
Assists with other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum
High School graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, private clubs, customer service, or an administrative support role.
Be able to excel in a time sensitive, demanding environment while remaining calm and working well under stress and pressure.
Must maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive member and The Tree Farm information.
Available for weekends and holidays, as well as mornings and evenings.
Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations
Must have valid driver's license
