Warehouse & Logistics Operations Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse & Logistics Operations Associate in Dover, Delaware. Your main responsibilities will include managing daily warehouse tasks, shipping paperwork, and customer service activities.
You will act as a key link between suppliers, logistics providers, clients, and our sales team, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service during shipping and fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Communicate proactively with clients, carriers, and internal teams about shipment status and resolve issues
Support sales with logistics before and after sales
Handle daily warehouse tasks: receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments
Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts and system updates (WMS)
Schedule shipments, pickups, and deliveries; track shipments
Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, SLI, CI, PL, etc.)
Ensure shipments are completed on time according to deadlines
Troubleshoot and resolve logistics, documentation, and inventory issues
Perform other logistics, customer service, or sales support tasks as needed
Requirements:
2+ years experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Good understanding of shipping, warehouse, and import/export processes
Hands-on experience with shipping documents
Familiarity with TMS, WMS, CRM, and ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Mandarin skills are a plus
Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse duties
