Training Manager
Job Overview
As a Training Manager, you will support projects from concept to completion, managing resources, analyzing project data, and communicating with stakeholders such as SMEs, schedulers, customers, and analysts. Your role includes implementing and maintaining organizational programs for modernized and legacy maintenance and supply systems, reviewing contracts and project cost accounting, and using tools such as Microsoft Suite and Power BI for tactical planning.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and maintain training programs across multiple legacy and modernized systems.
Review contracts, project cost accounting, and provide tactical planning using Microsoft Suite, Power BI.
Maintain communication to ensure program goals and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience with curriculum development
Experience with Navy Schoolhouse Training
Ability to work independently or in a team setting to deliver client work
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a Training Systems field
Additional Preferences
Experience with acquisition-related processes and deliverables such as Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)
Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and Jira
Experience with Captivate and Storyline
Experience with coursework development in the Navy’s Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience as a Naval Instructor or Master Training Specialist (MTS)
Knowledge of optimizing information flow and recommending knowledge management solutions
Knowledge of the principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effectiveness
Knowledge of selecting and using training and instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
Ability to effectively communicate complex information and ideas to support informal and formal forums so others from various backgrounds and experience levels will understand
Ability to operate within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple programs concurrently, and observe, receive, analyze, and obtain information and data from all relevant sources
Clearance

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
Work Model
Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
