
Project Management Specialist

Position Overview
As a project management specialist, you will support a project from concept to completion, ensuring it stays on a productive path. You will implement and maintain organizational programs in support of strategy, review contracts and cost accounting, and help with tactical planning using project schedules and regular customer interactions.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs to support strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
Help with tactical planning using resources such as project schedules.
Maintain clear communication to ensure the program achieves goals and meets quality standards.
Act as point of contact for customers and stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in U.S. government and military environments.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
Ability to develop various reports, monthly progress, or status reports.
Ability to coordinate and document events, including travel, meetings, and conferences.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (or currently hold one).
HS diploma or GED.
Nice to have: Experience working in or supporting an Air Force or DoD organization.
Nice to have: Experience with senior government, civilian, and military leadership.
Nice to have: Excellent written, verbal, and team collaboration skills.
Nice to have: Bachelor's degree.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation
Salary range: $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care.
