Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Edison, NJ for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The role also includes responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff as well as handling day-to-day communication with team members and customers. The manager will monitor inventory, handle scheduling, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a top-notch dining experience
Proven ability in hiring and training team members to build an effective and efficient workforce
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
Knowledge of Food & Beverage management, including inventory oversight and quality assurance
Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage restaurant operations smoothly
Experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Formal education in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
