Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Weekend Admission Liaison to support facility admissions in the Boston area. This role is responsible for managing weekend referrals, coordinating admissions, and serving as the primary point of contact for hospitals, families, and referral sources. If you’re organized, quick on your feet, and good with people, this is your lane.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to weekend referrals from hospitals and other sources
Review clinical documentation to determine admission eligibility
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth admissions
Communicate effectively with families regarding the admission process and expectations
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of referrals
Represent the facility professionally with referral partners
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare admissions, case management, or marketing preferred
Knowledge of skilled nursing or long-term care a plus
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and make timely decisions
Reliable transportation for local travel within Boston (if applicable)
Schedule & Compensation
Weekend schedule (specific hours to be determined)
