The Coordinator of Early Childhood provides direct oversight of daily operations for the district’s early childhood centers, ensuring high-quality implementation of programming, safe and efficient systems, and strong support for staff and families.
This role works closely with the Director of Early Childhood to implement program vision while managing the day-to‑day leadership of classrooms, staff, and systems across early childhood sites.
Salary and work year to be established by the Auburn-Washburn Board of Education.
Required Qualifications
Kansas teaching/administrative license with building-level endorsement
Master’s degree
Five years experience in teaching and/or administration
