FT House Supervisor RN - Days
Schedule will alternate every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Staff and evaluate nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients during each shift.
Manage operational and programmatic aspects of the designated shift.
Assist in the professional growth and development of nursing staff.
Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems as needed.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
Valid license with the Board of Nursing for the State of Florida.
Prefer three (3) years of clinical psychiatric nursing experience, with at least one year including supervisory duties.
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
