How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead the delivery of personalized patient care by implementing and adapting care plans that directly improve recovery outcomes.
Advocate for patient safety by monitoring clinical conditions and communicating vital updates to the healthcare team in real-time.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams as the central point of contact to ensure every patient receives seamless, well-rounded support.
Drive the discharge planning process by collaborating with specialists to ensure patients transition home with a clear and safe path forward.
What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Education
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
What Additional Preferences We're Seeking
Demonstrate two or more years of RN experience, ideally with a clinical emphasis on Cardiology or Medical practice.
Hold a current BLS certification, meeting the essential requirements for life‑saving intervention and patient safety.
