Emergency Technician Multiple Shifts and FTEs

Emergency Technician at Providence Portland Medical Center has multiple shifts and FTEs available.

Responsibilities
Works closely with all members of the emergency team to provide direct patient care to optimize positive patient care outcomes. Assists the physician
urse practitioner during procedures by providing the appropriate sutures, supplies, instruments, and equipment. Maintains proper sterile technique during the procedure.

Required Qualifications

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) annually upon hire.

1 year of relevant experience.

Patient care or clinical experience preferred.

Experience acquired during certification or licensure process, military experience as medical personnel or senior clinical nursing student is also considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Current or previous EMT, Paramedic, Completion of Medical Assistant Program or CNA certificate upon hire.

Pay Range: $20.19 - $30.26 (base, with possible shift differentials and bonuses).
