Come join our team at The Gardens at Aldersgate! Open positions are available for full-time, part-time, WIN, and PRN schedules with 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts. A WIN position is 32 hrs weekly (2‑16 hrs days) and paid for 40 hrs.

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care. Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents
Helping residents throughout the day with ADLs – eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support
Promptly responding to resident call lights
Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments
Following infection control proceduresDocumenting and charting care for each resident
Protecting residents’ rights
Adhering to our policies and standards
