Job Description
Gathers, enters, manages, and analyzes information to support manufacturing operations. Interacts with customers, suppliers, management, manufacturing team members, and with other departments and plants. Completes tasks and responsibilities as assigned by department management.

Responsibilities

Prepares, schedules, and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products

Ensures accuracy of orders and reconciles receivables against them

Analyzes inventory levels and production plans to ensure product availability and cost‑efficient manufacturing and inventory

Maintains control over inventories, including physical inventory counts and reconciliations

Prepares and generates reports as assigned

Analyzes relevant information to make recommendations to customers and manufacturing that will reduce cost or increase efficiency

Communicates in timely, professional, and unambiguous fashion with appropriate parties on topics relevant to assignments

Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Education
High School or GED / HS diploma

Experience
2+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job

Skills and Certifications

Requires knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and job specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive/complex duties of the job

Ability to follow company policy and understand rules or regulations governing the work being completed and the impact work has on the department or company

Must have very good knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job

Requires good knowledge of multiple functions or business areas with frequent contact while completing daily work assignments

Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental policy, methods, and/or procedures when completing assignments

Requires organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and coordinate phases of work with others

Additional Information
RRD's current salary range for this role is $48,500.00 to $70,900.00. The hourly range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
