Shift Administrator – Juvenile Justice Residential Division
Eliot’s Juvenile Justice residential program provides structured, self‑contained intervention for court‑involved youth ages 13 to 21. The Shift Administrator coordinates and facilitates all aspects of residential programming, works with youthful offenders, and supports staff and youth through evidence‑based practices.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of residential programming.
Practice principles of Positive Youth Development and Trauma Informed Care.
Act as a mentor and coach with youth, utilizing Trauma Informed Care Interventions, DBT, and other evidence‑based practices.
Maintain compliance with program routines and policies.
Provide staff supervision, guidance, and coaching.
Serve as a member of the administrative team and the on‑call rotation.
Facilitate and participate in orientation, training and development opportunities for staff.
Submit timely and accurate employee supervision documentation and performance evaluations.
Develop and maintain positive, productive working relationships with staff, youth and external resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
At least two years of experience working with youthful offenders or a similar population.
Reliable transportation.
Schedule
2 pm – 10 pm, Tuesday – Saturday (Sunday, Monday off)
Annual Salary
$60,000 USD – $60,000 USD
