About the Role
We’re hiring a high‑impact individual contributor to support and drive global logistics and supply chain operations for a fast‑growing enterprise tech company.
This is a
fully hands‑on operational role
— not a people‑management position. The role requires direct ownership of international logistics, manufacturer relationships, procurement execution, and global inventory flow, while driving efficiency through data, systems ( NetSuite ), and AI‑enabled operations.
Responsibilities
Hands‑on responsibility for global logistics and supply chain execution
Work closely with manufacturers, 3PLs, and global partners
High visibility with leadership and strong influence on operational decisions
Opportunity to build, optimize, and scale processes in a growth environment
True hands‑on execution role with end‑to‑end ownership
What You’ll Own
NetSuite operations: fulfillment, inventory, PO, financial alignment
End‑to‑end international logistics (inbound, outbound, RMA)
Manufacturer and supplier coordination (production → delivery → warehouse)
Full PO lifecycle in NetSuite (creation, tracking, inventory receipt, financial alignment)
Inventory flow from production to global warehouses
Vendor invoice validation and coordination with Finance
Cost control, performance tracking, and operational KPIs
Data‑driven improvements across logistics and supply chain
What We’re Looking For (must‑have)
5+ years in international logistics within a tech company (not carrier‑side)
Strong supply chain and manufacturer management experience
Deep hands‑on experience with NetSuite (fulfillment, inventory, PO, financials)
Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve operations and decision‑making
Strong operator mindset: detail‑oriented, fast‑moving, and problem solver
Bonus
Startup or high‑growth company experience
Exposure to global operations (US, EMEA, APJ)
