Role Overview
As a Warehouse and Operations Processes Junior Specialist, you will support day‑to‑day logistics and internal operations across our facility. You will help manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize warehouse materials, and monitor inventory levels.
Working closely with the Operations team, you will contribute to maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring that tools, components, and finished products are available and properly handled throughout the process. You will also assist in improving internal procedures and supporting cross‑functional activities tied to production and logistics.
Responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and preparing materials for production and shipment
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse and facility environment
Monitor inventory levels and update stock data in internal systems
Handle shipments and related documentation (DDTs, Bills of Lading) in coordination with logistics partners
Support daily operations, including packing and shipment preparation activities
Oversee external warehouse activities and manage material transfers
Coordinate with suppliers on purchasing follow‑ups
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including monthly checks and PPE distribution
Liaise with external service providers for facility management and maintenance
Ideal Background
High school diploma or technical qualification (e.g., logistics, mechanics, industrial operations)
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or production support is a plus
Familiarity with inventory tracking or basic warehouse tools (e.g., barcode scanners, Excel)
Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands‑on attitude
Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic operations environment
Other Requirements
A valid driver's license.
Certification for use of a forklift.
