HVAC Installer – Energy Savers

What You’ll Do
Install residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality solutions
Replace and retrofit existing systems with a focus on energy efficiency and performance
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job layouts
Ensure all installations meet local codes, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
Test systems for proper operation and troubleshoot as needed
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining system operation and answering questions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on time and at a high level of quality
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors)
Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
