Residential HVAC Install Apprentice

At Energy Savers, we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn the HVAC trade from the ground up. As an Install Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to gain hands‑on experience installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes. What You’ll Do
Assist lead installers with the installation of residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
Help remove and replace existing equipment and materials
Learn how to safely use tools, equipment, and materials on job sites
Support ductwork installation, system setup, and job site preparation/cleanup
Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
Participate in on‑the‑job training and ongoing skill development
Deliver a positive, professional experience to homeowners
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in learning a skilled trade (HVAC experience not required)
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented mindset
Ability to work in physically demanding environments (attics, crawlspaces, lifting equipment)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
