About Boston Unique Indoor Comfort

What You’ll Do
Install generator and related equipment, including gas lines, in residential and light commercial settings.
Assemble and install heating and air‑conditioning units used in homes.
Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
Ensure superior service during all customer interactions.
Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
3 years residential HVAC installation experience or more.
Experience with ductwork, refrigerant, low voltage wiring, equipment installation, and airflow is preferred.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
High standards for work; excellence and integrity matter.
Growth mindset and desire to improve daily.
Ability to hustle and thrive under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Dependable and consistent in all areas.
Physical Requirements
Physically able to work on HVAC units and lift 50 pounds.
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
Ability to work outside in heat and cold.
Ability to hear and speak for exchange of information.
