Abic Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA/CMT to provide (40 hours/week) in-home care to a client in Essex. This role involves delivering high-quality, one-on-one support to help the client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Responsibilities
The caregiver will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Responsibilities also include meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and assistance with errands or shopping as needed. For Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs), duties may include medication reminders or administration in accordance with Maryland regulations.
Qualifications
This position requires a caregiver who is patient, dependable, and attentive, with the ability to safely assist with transfers. Reliable transportation is required, as the caregiver will also support the client with transportation to appointments and community outings.
