Our client, a leader in manufacturing and assembly services, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Mechanical Assembler
Pay Range: $25.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Affix subassemblies to main assemblies such as chassis, gears, housings, and transmissions according to specifications.
Review work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate work performance.
Position control mechanisms, connect levers and rods with appropriate fasteners like bolts and rivets.
Set precise clearances between parts to meet prescribed tolerances.
Perform quality checks on products and parts, and implement corrective actions as needed.
What's Needed?
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and quality standards.
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required.
