Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiac Rehab
Los Alamos Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide cardiac rehabilitation care. The position focuses on delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to community health.

How You'll Contribute

Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

Document patient care delivered.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.

Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.

Qualifications

Current state RN license or NM RN licensure / RN Compact licensure.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.

Obtain American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.

Achieve ACLS certification within six months of hire or transfer into the position.

One year of experience preferred.
