North Lake Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation opened our first clinic in Lake Oswego, Oregon, in 1987. Since then, we have grown to eleven Portland area clinics. Our focus has always been on providing individualized patient care and serving the local community. Our team is comprised of local leaders who are highly credentialed physical therapists and strong support personnel who help provide outstanding patient experience. We strive to help our patients reduce pain, regain mobility, prevent future injuries, and improve their overall quality of life. We do this by developing individualized treatment plans and paying special attention to each patient’s unique goals. Employment Type
Part-time 30-39 hours per week

Compensation
$40 - $50 hourly rate, based on experience

Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a work history in hand therapy who is proficient in splinting and familiar with post‑op protocols. Mentoring is available. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results

Comfortable with walk‑in patients to provide custom post‑op splints

Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities

Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA or AOTA curriculum

Current Oregon state physical therapy license and CPR certification

Strong patient care and communication skills

A desire to learn in a team environment and provide an exceptional experience for patients

A positive attitude and desire to work hard and have fun while you work
