Position Summary
The Practice Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the allergy clinic, ensuring a capable, trained, and self‑motivated team that aligns with the company’s purpose and mission. The role includes profit‑and‑loss oversight and overall success of the practice within the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Directs and supervises employees engaged in front‑ and back‑office operations.
Builds trust between doctors, staff, and the company and advocates for their needs.
Collaborates with doctors to plan schedules and assign duties.
Engages in hiring, training, and evaluating clinic employees with Human Resources.
Manages performance, including employment separations, in consultation with HR and doctors.
Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and training programs.
Prepares and reviews operational reports and schedules to ensure patient‑care quality.
Recommends cost‑saving methods to improve clinic efficiency.
Provides marketing support through events and community education.
Supports doctors in resolving customer service problems.
Facilitates productivity and customer service for subordinates.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum 3 years working in a clinic setting
Minimum 2 years in a management/leadership capacity
