Remedi SeniorCare is seeking a dynamic Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long‑term care facilities. As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our RemediSeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.

Location: On site at our closed‑door pharmacy, Rosedale, MD (9006 Yellow Brick Road, Rosedale, MD)

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour (dependent upon experience and license type) + $1.50/hr Shift Differential

Schedule: 3rd Shift 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (Mon–Fri) with rotating weekends (first four weeks must be available to work a 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or 2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. training schedule)

Key Responsibilities

Efficient order entry and follow‑up

Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies

Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input

Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals

Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Must work with urgency and timeliness

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy required

Skills & Abilities

Order entry experience

Strong computer skills

Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge

Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations

Minimum of two (2) years working in a long‑term care pharmacy preferred but not required
