
Medical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
Answer and route calls
Manage provider schedules and appointments
Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
Support clinic flow and patient experience
Maintain accurate documentation in EHR
Assist with scanning and record maintenance
Additional Duties
Front office support including patient check‑in, scheduling, verifying demographics and insurance, managing referrals, collecting co‑pays, and assisting with patient inquiries while supporting overall clinic workflow. Verifying appointments. Outreach to patients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Attention to detail
Medical office experience preferred
EMR experience (NextGen preferred)
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
