Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Summer Intern to join our Wealth & Trust Department for the 2026 summer season. This internship offers hands‑on experience in fiduciary services, financial planning support, and trust administration. The ideal candidate will have an interest in wealth management, estate planning, and client service, along with a desire to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Assist trust officers with administrative support related to trust, estate, and agency accounts.
Conduct research related to wealth planning, fiduciary regulations, and trust account administration.
Help prepare client materials, reports, and presentations for wealth and trust reviews.
Support day‑to‑day client service needs, including responding to inquiries and preparing communications.
Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure proper documentation and adherence to fiduciary standards.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities within the department.
Contribute to marketing and communication initiatives related to wealth, estate, and trust services.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Law, or a related field (junior or senior year preferred).
Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Interest in pursuing a career in wealth management, trust administration, or fiduciary services.
