await!**Job Description:**## We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern for summer 2026 to support HR operations for a semiconductor manufacturing company across two locations in Lowell and Lawrence, MA. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and learn from a team of HR professionals, with primary support (approximately 80% of time) at the Lowell facility.* ## Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management and data entry* ## Support recruitment efforts such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination* ## Help facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires* ## Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives* ## Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications, including designing flyers* ## Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources* ## Provide support for a range of HR projects and operational tasks as required**Requirements/Qualifications:*** ## Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources or a related field* ## Ability to work on-site 20–40 hours per week; this is a fully in-office (non-remote) position* ## Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word* ## Strong interpersonal and communication skills* ## Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities with minimal notice* ## High attention to detail with strong organizational skills* ## Demonstrates discretion and the ability to maintain confidentialityU.S. Export Controls Requirements: This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
