Administrative Assistant - Aquatics Programs (Part-Time)

St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus is seeking a part-time Aquatics Programs Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Aquatics Programs Coordinator. This position works a variable schedule based on seasonal program needs, averaging approximately 5-10 hours per month during off season, and 15-20 hours per month during busy season.
Essential Duties
Assist with scheduling, organizing, and maintaining aquatics programs, including swim lessons, swim team, and special events
Prepare and distribute program schedules, rosters, and reports
Coordinate communications with local swim teams and league representatives
Attend swim league meetings as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required to support basic administrative and communication duties
1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience a plus, preferably in recreation, aquatics, or youth programs
Compensation
$14.00 per hour (non-exempt, part-time)
