Overview
Work with a single recruiter from start to finish for each assignment.
Local and non‑local positions available.
Competitive hourly rate plus a tax‑free stipend (if applicable).
No pay cuts mid‑contract.

License reimbursement for travel to a new state requiring a new license.
Choice of assignments at partner facilities across various health systems.
Qualifications
At least one year of recent operating room experience.
Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Certificates, Licensures, Registrations
Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor; AHA preferred and required by some clients.
Other client‑specific certifications may be required (e.g., CNOR).
Other Skills Required
Excellent critical‑thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in high‑stress environments and respond quickly in emergencies.
Proficiency in sterile technique and OR protocols.
Ability to serve as scrub or circulating nurse during procedures.
Anticipate needs of the surgeon and surgical team.
Transfer patients to recovery and provide hand‑off communication.
Strong documentation skills using EMR.
