Linn School District is seeking a motivated, high-energy Head Track & Field Coach ready to build, lead, and elevate our track program.
This is a premier opportunity for a coach who wants to develop a total program, maximize athlete potential, and compete at a high level.

Brings energy, organization, and leadership daily
Can develop athletes across sprints, distance, and field events
Builds a complete program from junior high through high school
Emphasizes discipline, accountability, and competitiveness
Connects with student-athletes and builds strong relationships
Has a passion for developing champions on and off the track
Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the Track & Field program (7–12)
Organize practices, meets, and offseason training
Develop event-specific training plans and coaching structure
Build and coordinate a strong coaching staff (assistants/volunteers)
Promote multi-sport participation and athlete development
Ensure compliance with Missouri State High School Activities Association regulations
Qualifications:
Prior coaching experience preferred (track & field or related)
Strong leadership and program-building skills
Knowledge across multiple track & field disciplines is a plus
Teaching positions may be available (list if applicable)
