Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our Columbus team. The ideal candidate has proven residential plumbing experience and is committed to excellence on every project — whether installing systems in brand-new builds or upgrading plumbing in existing homes.

Key Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems, including water, drainage, and gas lines.

Read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications to determine layouts.

Perform pressure tests to ensure system safety and performance.

Ensure all work complies with Ohio plumbing codes, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and clients.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent condition.

Complete daily work orders, reports, and documentation on time and accurately.

Minimum Years of Experience
2-4

Specific Qualifications
Required

High school diploma or GED.

State of Ohio Journeyman Plumber License.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or multi-family plumbing.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Preferred

Experience with PEX, PVC, CPVC, and copper installations.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
