Senior Living Maintenance Technician - Turn-key Repairs

A dynamic senior living community in Fort Collins is looking for an Environmental Services Technician to ensure the maintenance and functionality of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of property management maintenance experience and possess strong customer service skills. Benefits include medical, dental, and up to 20 days PTO after the first three years, in addition to a competitive hourly wage between $22.00 and $24.00. The position is set to begin in February 2026 and will support the community’s upcoming grand opening in March 2026.
