Student Success Coach — Academic Skills & Growth

A community college in Oregon is seeking an Academic Success Coach to assist students in achieving their full potential. The responsibilities include building strong coaching relationships, conducting academic support sessions, and guiding students to set and achieve academic goals. The ideal candidate will have an AA/AS degree and at least two years of relevant instructional support experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This part-time position requires Oregon residency upon starting.
