$500 New Hire Bonus • Full/Part-Time/Sub • Monday- Friday

Pay & Growth Opportunities

Preschool Aide:

$17–$18.50 per hour

Infant/Toddler Caregiver:

$17–$21 per hour

Preschool Teacher:

$22–$25 per hour

Not quite qualified for a Teacher role yet? Start as an Aide or Caregiver and we’ll support your growth. We

cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate)

and provide the training and experience needed to advance your career.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

Some positions in this location are

substitute (on‑call) roles , which means your schedule may vary based on the center’s needs. The good news—you can expect regular weekly hours, with the flexibility of working different shifts as needed.

This is a great fit if you enjoy variety, want consistent work, and like being part of a team that steps in to support one another.

What You’ll Do
Depending on your role, your day may include:

Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children

Leading or assisting with activities like art, music, storytelling, and outdoor play

Supporting daily routines (meals, diapering, naps, transitions)

Encouraging social, emotional, and early learning development

Building positive relationships with children, families, and your team

Qualifications
Preschool Aide:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

A love for working with children and willingness to learn

Infant/Toddler Caregiver:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

1–2 years of experience

working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

Preschool Teacher:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

PATCH‑qualified

(CDA (Child Development Associate), OR Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field)

6–12 months of experience

working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

Schedule & Locations

Full‑time, part‑time, and

substitute (flexible/on‑call)

positions available

Maili Preschool (Waianae)

Weekday daytime hours (no nights or weekends)
