Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport aggregate materials within the site* Operate front-end loaders to manage stockpiles, handle material flow, and load railcars accurately* Operate track mobile equipment to move, position, and stage railcars in support of rail loadout activities* Conduct routine equipment inspections and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns* Support daily plant and rail loadout operations through various tasks with a strong safety-first focus**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated capability to safely operate haul trucks, loaders, and track mobile equipment* Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining situational awareness around rail and mobile equipment* Attention to detail to ensure proper material placement and accurate railcar positioning and loading* Mechanical awareness with the ability to identify and report basic equipment issues* Dependable, team-oriented approach with clear communication skills**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $22.48 to $26.00 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
