ACURA USED SALES CONSULTANT
As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of our dealership. Your mission isn’t just to sell cars, it’s to guide customers through one of the most significant purchases of their lives. You’ll combine deep product knowledge with genuine relationship‑building to help clients find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.

Responsibilities

Greet customers on the lot or in the showroom with enthusiasm; handle internet inquiries and phone leads promptly.

Conduct "needs‑based" discovery to recommend the right vehicle; lead professional test drives that highlight safety and tech features.

Maintain a subject‑matter expert status on our current lineup, including EVs, hybrids, and trim levels.

Work closely with our Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales floor to the final paperwork.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals and long‑term loyalty.

Qualifications

A resilient, self‑motivated individual with a positive attitude.

Ability to explain complex features in a way that’s easy to understand.

Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads and tasks.

Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (non‑negotiable).

Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Prior sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to onboard and train the right candidate.

Service Advisor
As the bridge between the customer’s concerns and the technician’s diagnosis, this role requires a unique blend of customer service excellence, project management, and sales savvy while maintaining a high level of empathy.

Responsibilities

Greet customers on the service drive, perform a preliminary vehicle walk‑around, and document concerns with precision.

Act as the bridge between the shop and the customer. Translate "tech‑speak" into clear, benefit‑oriented language the customer can understand.

Review Multi‑Point Inspection (MPI) results with customers, prioritizing safety‑critical repairs while advising on preventative maintenance for long‑term vehicle health.

Coordinate with the Shop Foreman and Parts Department to provide accurate estimates on cost and completion time.

Take personal ownership of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by providing proactive updates via text, phone, or email.

Ensure all Repair Orders (ROs) are properly documented for warranty compliance and internal accounting.

Strong multi‑tasking skills with a calm, professional demeanor.

Problem solve and find the right solution(s) for the customer.

Must be able to understand basic automotive systems (suspension, braking, internal combustion vs. EV drivetrains).

Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast‑paced retail or service environment (automotive experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).

Strong computer skills.
